This new home was a design collaboration between the couple and Chris. It includes an 18-foot window feature wall with onyx-covered chimney, a timberframe patio with outdoor kitchen, an elevator, and a large working kitchen and pantry. The homeowners knew the style and functions they wanted, and Chris worked closely with them over several months to fit everything together.  The result is a modern style with plenty of outdoor living space and mountain views, a highly functional kitchen and pantry, and an easily accessible design to meet the needs of aging.

DBC has worked with this couple for a decade, previously completing renovations on a historic home, retro-fitting farm buildings for modern agri-business, and doing custom carpentry projects.
